Your designated days are yours. Use the arenas, trails, and facility exactly as if it were your own horse.

Common Questions

What are my responsibilities as a lessee?

Lessees are responsible for basic daily care on their designated days — grooming, tacking, and returning the horse properly. Full board handles feeding, stall cleaning, and turnout on all days.

What happens if the horse is injured during my lease?

Routine veterinary care is covered under the lease agreement. For injuries that occur during a lessee's session due to mishandling, the lessee may bear partial responsibility — terms are spelled out clearly in the lease contract before you sign.

Can I cancel early?

Leases run on a 30-day notice basis. You're never locked into a long contract — if your circumstances change, you can give notice and transition out without penalty beyond the notice period.

Is tack included?

Basic tack (saddle, bridle, pad) matched to the horse is included. Lessees are welcome to use their own tack if preferred.

Can I add riding lessons to my lease?

Absolutely — most lessees combine their lease with regular lessons to get the most out of their time with the horse. Lesson scheduling is handled separately through the portal.
